ELU ỌHAZU AUTONOMOUS COMMUNITY PRESENTS EZE-ELECT TO ABA SOUTH MAYOR AS UNITY OF THREE CLANS HERALDS A NEW ERA OF TRADITIONAL LEADERSHIP
The administrative headquarters of Aba South Local Government Area became the center of cultural significance and community pride as the people of Elu Ọhazu Autonomous Community formally presented their Eze-Elect to the Mayor of Aba South, Hon. Obialor Denis Anyanwu.
The presentation marked an important milestone in the traditional leadership journey of the community, as Evangelist Chief Chinonyerem Nwakwuo emerged as the chosen traditional ruler to lead the people of Elu Ọhazu. The event symbolized the official introduction of the Eze-Elect to the local government authority and represented a strong demonstration of unity among the people.
The delegation that arrived at the Aba South Local Government Headquarters represented the collective will of the three core communities that make up Elu Ọhazu Autonomous Community—Ụmụnwogu, Ụmụmmesuru, and Ụmụọnụmakụ. The communities came together in solidarity to present their chosen leader, underscoring a rare display of communal harmony and shared purpose.

Receiving the delegation at the council headquarters, the Mayor of Aba South, Obialor Denis Anyanwu, was joined by the Secretary of the Local Government, Elder Gideon Adikwuru, as well as members of the Local Government supervisory team.
