President Donald Trump-led United States has revoked over 100,000 visas.

The State Department disclosed this in a statement on Monday through X.

According to the US State Department, the revoked visas include 8,000 students and 2,500 specialized visas for those who had encounters with US law enforcement for criminal activity.

The US government vowed to continue to deport individuals it described as ‘thugs’ to keep the country safe.

“The State Department has now revoked over 100,000 visas, including some 8,000 student visas and 2,500 specialized visas for individuals who had encounters with U.S. law enforcement for criminal activity.

“We will continue to deport these thugs to keep America safe”, the State Department wrote on X.

DAILY POST reports that Trump’s administration has remained firm in its stance against illegal migrants.
