ASTOPU Aba Zone Chairman, Hon. Azubuike Felicitates Abia Transport Commissioner, Dr. Chimezie Ukeagbu, on His Birthday
The Chairman of the Aba Zone of the Abia State Tricycles Operators Union (ASTOPU), Hon. Victor Azubuike, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the Abia State Commissioner for Transport, Dr. Chimezie Isaac Ukeagbu, describing him as a visionary leader whose contributions to the development of the transport sector in the state continue to inspire stakeholders.
In a congratulatory message issued on behalf of the leadership and members of ASTOPU Aba Zone, Hon. Azubuike commended the Commissioner for his dedication, humility, and purposeful leadership, which he said have played a significant role in repositioning the transport sector in Abia State.
