ASTOPU Umuahia Zone Felicitates with Commissioner Ukeagbu on His Birthday
The leadership and members of the Abia State Tricycles Operators Union (ASTOPU), Umuahia Zone, have expressed heartfelt felicitation to the Honourable Commissioner for Transport, Dr. Chimezie Isaac Ukeagbu, on the occasion of his birthday.
In a statement signed by the Chairman of ASTOPU Umuahia Zone, Hon. Chinweotito Godson Appolos, the union described Dr. Ukeagbu as a “distinguished leader, visionary administrator, and selfless servant of the people.”
