ASTOPU Aba Zonal Chairman, Victor Azubuike Celebrates Obioma Rueben Nwaogbe on His Birthday
The Chairman of the Abia State Tricycle Operators Union (ASTOPU), Aba Zone, Hon. Victor Azubuike, has warmly felicitated with the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Abia State on Transport, Chief Hon. Obioma Rueben Nwaogbe, PhD, on the occasion of his birthday celebration today.
In a heartfelt congratulatory message made available to journalists, Hon. Victor Azubuike described Chief Obioma Rueben Nwaogbe, Ph.D, as an outstanding leader, a visionary administrator, and a committed public servant whose dedication to the transport sector and grassroots development has continued to earn him admiration across Abia State.
The ASTOPU Aba Zone Chairman praised the celebrant for his unwavering support towards transport operators in the state and his loyalty to the transformational agenda of the administration of His Excellency Dr Alex Chioma Otti, OFR.
According to Azubuike, Chief Obioma Rueben Nwaogbe has consistently demonstrated humility, accessibility, sincerity, and passion in the discharge of his responsibilities as Senior Special Assistant on Transport, qualities he said have endeared him to many people, especially operators within the transport sector.
