The Chairman of the Abia State Tricycle Operators Union (ASTOPU), Umuahia Zone, Hon. Chinweotito Godson Appolos, has poured encomiums on the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Abia State on Transport, Chief Hon. Obioma Rueben Nwaogbe, PhD, as he marks his birthday celebration today.
