ASTOPU Chairman, Aba Zone, Comrd. Victor Azubuike Hails Deputy Mayor Vivian Obilor as an ‘Exceptional Woman’ on Her Birthday

The Chairman of the Abia State Tricycle Operators Union (ASTOPU), Aba Zone, Comrade Victor Azubuike, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the Deputy Mayor of Isiala Ngwa South Local Government Area, Hon. Mrs. Vivian Obilor, describing her as an exceptional woman whose leadership, humility and commitment to public service continue to inspire many.

In a heartfelt message to mark her birthday, Comrade Azubuike, on behalf of the leadership and entire members of ASTOPU Aba Zone, celebrates Hon. Obilor for what he described as her strength, grace, compassion and unwavering dedication to the service and development of the people.

The ASTOPU Aba Zone Chairman noted that the occasion was more than a celebration of another year in the life of the Deputy Mayor, but an opportunity to appreciate a woman who has continued to demonstrate remarkable leadership qualities and a strong passion for the progress of Isiala Ngwa South Local Government Area.

According to him, Hon. Obilor’s contributions to governance and her commitment to the welfare of the people have distinguished her as a dedicated public servant and a source of inspiration to many within and beyond the local government area.

Comrade Azubuike joined the family, friends, political associates and other well-wishers of the Deputy Mayor in giving thanks to Almighty God for the gift of her life and for granting her the opportunity to witness another year.
