Aba North Chairman Timothy Kalu Iheke Hails Enyimba FC’s Thrilling Victory Over Bende Insurance, Congratulates Governor Alex Otti and Abians

The Executive Chairman of Aba North Local Government Area, Hon. Timothy Kalu Iheke, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to the Executive Governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, OFR, and the entire people of Abia following the resounding triumph of Enyimba International Football Club over Bende Insurance.

The much-anticipated clash, which took place on Sunday, September 21, 2025, at the iconic Enyimba International Stadium, Aba, ended in a nail-biting 3–2 victory for the People’s Elephant. The thrilling encounter once again stamped Enyimba FC’s dominance as not only Abia’s pride but also one of Nigeria’s most formidable football clubs.

Hon. Iheke, in his congratulatory message, commended the resilience, skill, and fighting spirit displayed by Enyimba players, describing the win as a morale booster for the entire state.
