Nigerian billionaire industrialist and Chairman of Abdulsamad Rabiu has further strengthened his position among Africa’s leading business figures with the acquisition of a new Bombardier Global 8000 private jet, reportedly worth about $81 million, equivalent to approximately ₦110 billion.
The state-of-the-art aircraft, regarded as one of the most advanced business jets in the world, is set to join the growing aviation fleet of the BUA Group chairman. The development places Rabiu among the early owners of the ultra-modern jet, which has attracted global attention for its cutting-edge technology, exceptional speed, and long-range capabilities.
The Bombardier Global 8000 is designed for high-level corporate operations, boasting a top speed of Mach 0.95 and an impressive range of approximately 8,000 nautical miles. Its ability to undertake non-stop intercontinental flights makes it a preferred choice for global business leaders whose enterprises span multiple continents and markets.
