“Children Are the Future“ — Mrs. Nina Iheke Celebrates Abia Children, Hails Governor Otti’s Education Revolution
The Wife of the Executive Chairman of Aba North Local Government Area, Mrs. Nina Iheke, has felicitated with children across Aba North and Abia State on the occasion of the 2026 Children’s Day celebration, urging them to remain focused on education and personal development as future leaders of society.
In her Children’s Day message, Mrs. Iheke described children as the pride, strength, and hope of every nation, stressing that investing in their education and welfare remains the surest pathway to building a prosperous future.
She applauded the educational reforms introduced by the administration of Governor Alex Otti, particularly the implementation of free education in primary and secondary schools across Abia State, noting that the initiative has restored hope to many families and created greater access to quality education for children irrespective of their background.
