Dangote Petroleum Refinery Rolls Out Nationwide Petrol Supply Initiative, Offers ₦699 Per Litre Gantry Price and Credit Facility for Dealers
Dangote Petroleum Refinery has announced a major nationwide supply initiative targeted at petrol station owners and fuel dealers across Nigeria, unveiling a highly competitive gantry price of ₦699 per litre for Premium Motor Spirit (PMS).
In a move aimed at stabilising fuel distribution, reducing logistics bottlenecks, and improving access to affordable petroleum products, the refinery is calling on petrol station owners and dealers to immediately register their outlets to participate in the scheme.
According to the refinery, the offer is open to all petrol station owners and dealers nationwide, irrespective of location, underscoring Dangote Refinery’s commitment to ensuring widespread availability of refined petroleum products across the country.
As part of the initiative, Dangote Petroleum Refinery disclosed that a free direct delivery service will commence soon, a development expected to significantly ease transportation costs and enhance timely supply to retail outlets.
Beyond competitive pricing and logistics support, the refinery is also introducing additional incentives designed to support business operations and cash flow for dealers. These include a 10-day credit facility, subject to a bank guarantee, as well as a minimum order requirement of 500,000 litres, aimed at ensuring efficient bulk distribution.
Industry observers note that the initiative could mark a significant shift in Nigeria’s downstream petroleum sector, with potential impacts on pump prices, supply consistency, and overall market competitiveness.
