President Trump Claims U.S. Has Total Control of Strait of Hormuz, Says Iran Is No Longer a Regional Bully
U.S. President Donald Trump has claimed that the United States has secured total control of the strategically important Strait of Hormuz, declaring that Washington may maintain its grip over the vital waterway.
In a strongly worded statement, Trump described the U.S. naval blockade as a “WALL OF STEEL,” insisting that Iran lacks the military capacity to challenge American forces in the region.
Trump alleged that Iran’s military capabilities have been severely weakened, claiming that the country has no effective navy or air force and that its remaining soldiers are facing unpaid salaries. He also claimed that Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps has been significantly weakened, with members fleeing amid growing uncertainty over the country’s leadership.
The U.S. president further painted a bleak picture of Iran’s economy, asserting that the country has been left without financial resources and is experiencing extremely high inflation.
Trump accused Tehran of relying heavily on what he described as “FAKE NEWS” and rhetoric while lacking the ability to take meaningful military action.
He went on to declare that Iran was no longer the “Bully of the Middle East,” portraying the development as a major shift in the regional balance of power.
