ABIA STATE MINISTRY OF BASIC AND SECONDARY EDUCATION ANNOUNCES MAIDEN EDITION OF “ABIA EDUCATION DIGEST” MAGAZINE

The Abia State Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education has announced plans for the official release of the maiden edition of the Abia Education Digest/Magazine, a flagship publication designed to highlight the transformation, innovation, and developmental progress achieved in the state’s education sector under the administration of His Excellency, Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, OFR, Governor of Abia State.

According to a statement signed by Duru Marvellous S., Chairman of the Abia Education Digest Committee, the magazine will serve as a comprehensive platform to showcase the numerous achievements, reforms, and success stories recorded across schools and educational institutions in Abia since the inception of Governor Otti’s government.

The ministry also announced a change in the publication date, extending the official release to November 19, 2025, to ensure broader participation and quality content curation.

“The Abia Education Digest is a reflection of our collective commitment to repositioning education as the foundation for sustainable development.

“We respectfully solicit the support, partnership, and cooperation of all stakeholders as we showcase the new Abia to the world,” the statement read in part.

Members of the public, corporate bodies, and education enthusiasts are encouraged to support the publication through adverts, sponsorships, and submission of articles.
