APC Unveils Detailed Timetable for 2027 General Elections, Sets Guidelines for Primaries and Candidate Selection
The All Progressives Congress (APC) has officially released its timetable and schedule of activities ahead of the 2027 General Elections, outlining key processes that will guide the party’s internal preparations and candidate emergence.
The announcement was contained in a formal schedule of activities signed by the party’s National Organising Secretary, Sulaiman Muhammad Argungu, which provides a comprehensive breakdown of timelines for critical stages of the electoral process.
According to the document, the timetable captures essential activities such as the screening of aspirants, appeals processes, and the conduct of primary elections across various levels. It also includes directives regarding the sale of nomination and expression of interest forms to prospective candidates seeking to contest under the APC platform.
