ASTOPU Aba Zone Chairman, Hon. Victor Azubuike, Celebrates Mayor Innocent Urakpa on His Birthday, Commends His Grassroots Leadership
The Chairman of the Abia State Tricycle Operators Union (ASTOPU), Aba Zone, Hon. Victor Azubuike, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the Mayor of Isiala Ngwa North Local Government Area of Abia State, Ambassador Innocent Urakpa, describing him as a remarkable administrator and a true ambassador of grassroots transformation.
