ASTOPU Chairman, Victor Azubuike, Felicitates Abia First Lady, Mrs. Priscilla Otti, on Her Birthday
The Chairman of the Abia State Tricycles Union (ASTOPU), Aba Zone, Hon. Victor Azubuike, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the Wife of the Executive Governor of Abia State, Her Excellency, Mrs. Priscilla Chidinma Otti, describing her as a compassionate, humane, and inspiring mother of the state.
In a goodwill message released on behalf of the leadership and members of ASTOPU, Aba Zone, Hon. Azubuike praised the First Lady for her exceptional virtues of humility, empathy, and quiet strength, noting that her lifestyle and public engagements reflect a deep commitment to the welfare of women, children, and the less privileged across Abia State.
He noted that Mrs. Otti has continued to distinguish herself beyond the dignity of her office by consistently supporting people-oriented initiatives that uplift families and communities, thereby reinforcing the values of unity, hope, and shared responsibility in the state.
According to the ASTOPU Chairman, the First Lady remains a strong pillar of support to Governor Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, OFR, complementing his vision of a new Abia anchored on integrity, service, and inclusive governance. He added that her humane disposition and warm interaction with the people, including grassroots workers and tricycle operators who form a vital part of the state’s informal economy, have endeared her to many.
