DE AUST LOUNGE CEO, ONOWU AUSTIN NZEAKO, SETS TO BURY FATHER IN OGBUNIKE, ANAMBRA STATE
The Chief Executive Officer of Aba’s popular nightlife destination, De Aust Lounge, Aba, Chief Austin Nzeako, widely known as Onowu De Aust, is set to lay his father, late Mr. Emmanuel Nwabueze Nzeako, to rest on Saturday, January 10, 2026, in Anambra State.
The death of his beloved father has thrown the Nzeako family into deep mourning, as relatives, friends, associates, and well-wishers gather to honour the life and legacy of a man described by the family as a devoted father, brother, uncle, nephew, grandfather, and community figure.
Late Mr. Emmanuel Nwabueze Nzeako, fondly known as Sheruu D Cave Man, passed on peacefully, leaving behind memories of a life well lived and impactful relationships across generations.
As part of the funeral rites, a wake-keep will hold on Friday, January 9, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. at his residence in Umuogene, Umueri Ogbunike, Oyi Local Government Area of Anambra State. This solemn gathering is expected to draw family members, friends, business associates, and members of the community who will pay their last respects through songs, tributes, and prayers.
The final funeral service will take place on Saturday, January 10, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., also at his residence in Umuogene, Umueri Ogbunike, Oyi Local Government Area, after which he will be laid to rest according to Christian and traditional rites.
The passing of Mr. Emmanuel Nwabueze Nzeako marks a significant loss not only to his immediate family but also to those whose lives he touched through his wisdom, counsel, and humane disposition. As preparations reach their peak, messages of condolence continue to pour in for Onowu De Aust and the entire Nzeako family from within and outside Aba.
