Mayor Anyanwu Receives Newly Elected NULGE Executive of Aba South Local Government

In a gesture of courtesy and official recognition, the newly elected executives of the National Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE), Aba South Chapter, paid a visit to the Executive Mayor of Aba South Local Government Area, Hon. Obialor Anyanwu, to present themselves and express their gratitude. During the meeting, the Chairperson of the newly elected executives thanked the Mayor for his prompt intervention on election day, which ensured a peaceful atmosphere and allowed workers to exercise their franchise without any hindrances. She acknowledged the Mayor’s efforts in maintaining peace and security within the local government headquarters, enabling the election to hold successfully. The Chairperson further assured the Mayor of the union’s unwavering loyalty and commitment to efficient service delivery to the government.

The Chairperson’s welcome speech set the tone for a productive interaction, and the Mayor responded graciously, congratulating the newly elected executives on their victory.
