“They Have Even Brought Out Weapons That Had Been Stored Away for a ‘Third World War’“ — Iran Accuses U.S. of Deploying Secret Military Technology
Iran has alleged that the United States is deploying some of its most advanced and previously unused military technologies in the ongoing confrontation involving the Islamic Republic, escalating the war of words between the two countries amid heightened regional tensions.
The claim was made by Brig. Gen. Abolfazl Shekarchi, spokesman for the Iranian Armed Forces, who accused Washington of unleashing military capabilities that had allegedly been reserved for an extreme global conflict scenario.
According to the senior Iranian military official, the United States has committed virtually its entire arsenal of advanced weapons and cutting-edge technologies to the campaign against Iran, describing the move as unprecedented.
Speaking this week, Shekarchi alleged that Washington had deployed “every piece of weaponry, every technology, every capability” it had reserved for a potential World War III scenario.
“They have even brought out weapons that had been stored away for a ‘third world war’…“ Shekarchi stated.
The remarks add to the growing rhetoric surrounding the conflict and reflect Tehran’s position that the United States is employing an extraordinary level of military force and technological sophistication in its operations.
While Iranian officials maintain that previously undisclosed weapons systems are now being used against the country, the claims come amid an increasingly tense security environment, with both sides continuing to exchange accusations over the scope and intensity of the ongoing military campaign.
The statement is expected to fuel further international attention as analysts continue to monitor developments in the conflict and assess the implications of the alleged deployment of advanced military capabilities.
