Ukraine finally agrees to peace deal, ending war with Russia

Ukraine has agreed to a peace deal that would lead to an end to the war with Russia.

Ukraine’s latest decision on the war was disclosed to Fox News by a United States official on Tuesday.

“There are some minor details to be sorted out but they have agreed to a peace deal,” the official said.

Ukraine’s decision to agree to the deal came hours after Russia launched an overnight attack on Kyiv that killed at least 6 people and injured 13.

US Army Secretary, Dan Driscoll had on Monday held secret talks with a Russian delegation in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates.

The meeting, according to reports was to follow up on talks with Ukraine in Geneva that were intended to move the Ukraine peace process forward.
