A DOUBLE CELEBRATION OF GRACE, LEADERSHIP AND ENDURING LOVE: HON. SAMUEL UCHENNA FELICITATES CHIEF IFEANYI ISIKAKU AND LOLO CHIAMKA ISIKAKU ON BIRTHDAY AND WEDDING ANNIVERSARY
The Honourable Councillor representing Ovungwu Ward 08 at the Isiala Ngwa South Legislative Council, Hon. Samuel Uchenna, has extended his warmest and most heartfelt congratulations to his elder brother and mentor, Chief Ifeanyi Isikaku, on the joyous occasion of his birthday, which beautifully coincides with the wedding anniversary he shares with his beloved wife, Lolo Chiamaka Isikaku.
In a glowing felicitation message, Hon. Samuel Uchenna described Chief Isikaku as “a rare leader whose life embodies service, integrity, and unwavering commitment to community development.”
He noted that beyond his distinguished tenure as former Chairman of Isiala Ngwa South Local Government Area, Chief Isikaku has continued to soar in leadership as the Chairman of the Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents, Onne Seaport Chapter in Rivers State, an office that reflects his competence, diligence, and capacity to inspire confidence both at home and beyond.
According to the councillor, Chief Isikaku remains not just a political leader, but a dependable elder brother whose guidance, encouragement, and wisdom have shaped many young leaders within Isiala Ngwa South and beyond. He commended his sterling example of purposeful leadership and his steadfast dedication to progress, unity, and empowerment.
Hon. Samuel Uchenna further celebrated the strong and admirable partnership between Chief Isikaku and his amiable wife, Lolo Chiamaka Isikaku, describing their marriage as “a shining testament to love, loyalty, and divine grace.”
