Aba North Council Chairman, Hon. Timothy Iheke Makes Surprise Visit to Abia Arise Political Structure Meeting at Ariaria Ward 09

The Executive Chairman of Aba North Local Government Area, Hon. Timothy Kalu Iheke, on Saturday made an unexpected appearance at the Abia Arise Political Structure meeting of Ariaria Ward 09. The gathering, which took place at the open ground of Skyview Lounge along Old Express Road, Aba, attracted ward members, stakeholders and supporters of the Abia Arise political movement.

During his address, Hon. Iheke explained that although he was not officially invited, he chose to attend in order to encourage members and personally assess the level of commitment across the wards. He assured participants that similar surprise visits will be extended to other wards under his jurisdiction, noting that the move will help him identify strengths, challenges and areas requiring improvement.

Hon. Iheke expressed appreciation to the Abia Arise Ariaria Ward 09 Coordinator, Hon. Kyrian Ogbonna, describing him as dedicated, consistent and competent. He further applauded the ward for recording the highest meeting attendance so far, demonstrating unity, loyalty and shared purpose.

As part of his engagement strategy, the Chairman directed the coordinator to present four stakeholders from the ward in the coming week for an empowerment and support initiative.

Responding, the Ward Coordinator, Hon. Kyrian Ogbonna, praised members for their unwavering commitment to Abia Arise activities and for their continued support for the administration of the Executive Governor of Abia State, His Excellency, Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, OFR, as well as the leadership of Hon. Timothy Kalu Iheke at the grassroots.

He also announced that branded uniforms for Abia Arise Ariaria Ward 09 will soon be available as preparations are already in progress, pending the completion of production payments. Membership forms for both new and existing members were also presented during the meeting.

In a show of solidarity, the Chairman of the Abia Arise Stakeholders Forum for Ariaria Ward 09, Hon. Chijioke Michael Amaku (MC Boss), pledged financial support toward the uniform production.

Similarly, Sir Cornel added his commitment to ensuring that the shirts are produced in sufficient quantity for all members.

The meeting ended in high spirits as members reaffirmed their loyalty to the ideals of Abia Arise and their readiness to remain active participants in the ongoing political mobilization and developmental vision championed by Gov ernor Alex Otti.
