Trump refuses to pardon Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs

US president, Donald Trump, has ruled out granting clemency to disgraced hip-hop star, Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Diddy is currently serving a four-year jail sentence for prostitution-related crimes.

Trump has now revealed that the 56-year-old has asked for a pardon.

After he told the reporters that Combs “asked me for a pardon” “through a letter,” the president was asked when the alleged communication was sent.

Trump said, “Oh, would you like to see that letter?” but did not bring it forth.

He also said he will not issue pardons to deposed Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro.

When asked about pardoning Maduro, who was seized by US forces over the weekend and is facing drug trafficking charges, Trump said: “No, I don’t see that.”
