“A Leader on Divine Assignment”: Hon. Levi Atulegwu Celebrates Governor Alex Otti’s Birthday, Hails Unprecedented Transformation Across Abia
The Coordinator of the Abia Arise Political Structure in Isiala Ngwa South Local Government Area, Hon. Levi Atulegwu, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the Executive Governor of Abia State, Alex Chioma Otti, OFR, describing him as a transformational leader whose administration has redefined governance in the state.
In a statement issued on Wednesday to mark the Governor’s birthday, Hon. Atulegwu said the occasion was not merely a celebration of age but a moment to reflect on “a life of purpose, courage, and impactful leadership that has repositioned Abia State on the path of sustainable development.”
According to him, Governor Otti’s emergence brought renewed hope to Ndi-Abia and ushered in what he described as a new era of accountability, transparency, and visible results across critical sectors of the state’s economy.
“At a time when many had lost faith in governance, your administration restored confidence through decisive action and people-oriented policies,” Hon. Atulegwu stated.
He commended the Governor’s strides in works and infrastructure, noting that road construction and rehabilitation projects across the state have revived economic activities and improved connectivity among communities. He also highlighted the regular payment of workers’ salaries and pensions, describing it as a restoration of dignity to the civil service and a demonstration of responsible leadership.
The Abia Arise Coordinator further praised Governor Otti’s commitment to youth and women empowerment, saying the administration has created opportunities for greater inclusion, participation, and productivity.
