Ansarallah Releases Footage of Alleged Saudi F-15 Fighter Jet Downing Over Marib
Yemen’s Ansarallah movement has released footage it says shows the downing of a Saudi F-15 fighter jet over Marib Governorate.
According to the group, the aircraft was brought down by a locally manufactured surface-to-air missile during military operations in the area.
The released footage reportedly shows the moment the fighter jet was targeted, followed by images of what Ansarallah identified as the aircraft’s wreckage after it crashed in Marib.
The development, if independently verified, would represent a significant claim regarding Yemen’s air-defence capabilities, particularly the reported use of domestically produced missile technology against an advanced fighter aircraft.
