Eid El-Fitr: ASTOPU Chairman, Umuahia Zone, Chinweotito Appolos Felicitates Muslim Faithful, Calls for Unity, Peace and Sustained Compassion in Abia
The Chairman of the Abia State Tricycles Operators Union (ASTOPU), Umuahia Zone, Hon. Chinweotito Godson Appolos, has extended warm felicitations to Muslim faithful on the occasion of this year’s Eid El-Fitr celebration, marking the successful completion of the holy month of Ramadan.
In a goodwill message, Hon. Appolos commended the Muslim community for their steadfast devotion, discipline, and commitment to the spiritual exercise of fasting, prayers, and charity throughout the Ramadan period. He described the season as a profound reflection of sacrifice, compassion, and unwavering faith in Almighty Allah.
The ASTOPU Chairman noted that the values demonstrated during Ramadan serve as a strong foundation for building a more united and peaceful society. He urged Muslim faithful to sustain the virtues of love, generosity, and tolerance beyond the festive period, emphasizing the importance of peaceful coexistence among people of different religious backgrounds.
