MIRATECH GLOBAL CEO THREATENS LEGAL ACTION AGAINST ARC. ONYEBUCHI NDUKWE OVER ALLEGED DEFAMATORY FACEBOOK COMMENTS

A heated controversy has erupted on social media following a legal threat issued by the Chief Executive Officer of Miratech Global Enterprise, Mr. Miracle Chukwunenye, popularly known as De Apostle White, against Arc. Onyebuchi Ndukwe, over what he described as “false, libelous, and reputation-damaging statements” made on Facebook.

In a pre-action notice issued through his lawyer, Kalu Precious, Esq., Mr. Chukwunenye accused Arc. Ndukwe of posting defamatory and misleading comments under a Facebook post he made on November 6, 2025, which was reportedly viewed by thousands of social media users, including his over 82,000 followers.

The controversial post, titled “Breaking News: Fake Revenue Agents Busted in Aba, Harmonized Task Force and Special Adviser on IGR Uncover Web of Fraud, Recover ₦766,000,” reportedly attracted a response from Arc. Ndukwe, who alleged that there were “illegal and multiple revenue collections in Umuahia” linked to the Miratech Global boss and his supposed employees.

According to the legal document, the statements made by Arc. Ndukwe were described as “false, malicious, and intended to tarnish our client’s long-standing reputation in society, his community, and the political atmosphere.”

The letter further revealed that despite several appeals from Mr. Chukwunenye and concerned associates urging Arc. Ndukwe to delete the offending comments, he “brazenly refused” and even went further to insult the Miratech CEO by calling him a “fool,” while claiming he had “proof” to back his allegations.

The pre-action notice categorically demanded that Arc. Ndukwe immediately remove the defamatory post, cease further false publications, and issue a public apology on Facebook within seven (7) days of receiving the notice.

Failure to comply, the notice warned, would leave Mr. Chukwunenye with no option but to institute full legal proceedings against Arc. Ndukwe for defamation of character, seeking compensatory and punitive damages, in addition to injunctive reliefs to prevent any further harm to his reputation.

Quoting the concluding part of the notice, the lawyer stated: “We are fully prepared to protect our client’s rights and reputation… failure to comply will leave us no choice but to pursue all available legal remedies.”

The development has since sparked reactions within Aba’s media and political circles, with many observers closely watching to see Arc. Ndukwe’s next line of action following the stern legal warning from the Miratech Global Enterprise CEO.

The incident once again highlights the growing trend of defamation and cyber libel on social media platforms, and the increasing resolve of public figures to take legal steps in defending their personal and professional integrity against damagi ng online attacks.
